Latest News on Sam Whisenant (May 20, 2004)

Sam Whisenant's arraignment has been postponed again with the new court date now set for June
25, 2004. Meanwhile, he has been barred from practicing denturism. This is of course a hardship for
anyone, not being allowed to work and be gainfully employed in their profession.

Sam's example should be a severe reminder we must re-double or efforts and committment to get the
State of Georgia law reversed and re-legalize denturism in Georgia just like it is in many other states
and countries.The ugligness of what the Dentist's Association has done to us is a hard thing to
swallow, so we won't! We will win. It is only right, and very American!
